About the Role:
This role sits inside the biodiversity policy engine room.
You will support global policy processes tied to biodiversity conservation, helping translate science into international policy action.

What You’ll Do:
Policy & Research Support
- Assist in biodiversity policy development and analysis
- Track global policy frameworks and conservation agreements
- Support technical documentation and briefing materials
Programme Coordination
- Contribute to biodiversity-related initiatives and projects
- Support coordination across internal teams and external partners
- Assist in organizing policy dialogues and meetings
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with governments, NGOs, and international institutions
- Support communication between policy actors
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing platforms
Communication & Reporting
- Draft reports, summaries, and policy briefs
- Translate technical findings into usable policy insights
- Support strategic publications and outputs
Who They’re Looking For:
- Background in environmental science, policy, or related field
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent writing and communication ability
- Interest in biodiversity governance and conservation systems
- Early-career profile, typically 1–2 years experience
